Check your Maintenance End Date by going to Help, Licensing, and verifying that the Maintenance End Date is later than April 1st, 2019įor a smooth installation, if you do not have an r9.8/2018 R1 license, apply for your erwin DM 2019 R1 license before you begin to install the product. If you have an r9.8 /2018 R1 license, you do not need a new license for erwin DM 2019 R1, but you do need to have active maintenance. If you do not have active maintenance, and you install erwin DM 2019 R1, it will upgrade your current erwin DM 9.8, but you will not be able to launch erwin DM 2019 R1. The licensing process is different than r8.x through r9.7. Please note that erwin DM 9.8 and above, licensing has changed. If you already have an r8.x through r9.7 license, you will need to apply for a new license to upgrade to erwin DM 2019 R1. To download this product, you must have current maintenance.
