In FMD, I have the manga list loaded, but when I select the one I want, I get "Cannot connect to the server. However, I'm unable to download from either website using FMD or any other program. I've learnt that Batoto or KissManga are the best places to download from due to the quality the offer, and after testing several different programs, Free Manga Downloader seems to be the most competent and relevant. Keeping in mind what I found out, I've encountered what I feel is a separate issue. I recently made a thread asking broadly about uploading manga to kindle.
